Delivery of Goods

Delivery of Goods

Goods are delivered at the Buyer's expense by transport companies, courier services or postal operators.

23. After payment using the methods specified in Clauses 21.1 and 21.2, goods held in the Seller's warehouse are delivered within 1–10 business days in Lithuania and within 7–21 business days abroad, counted from receipt of payment for the goods and delivery.

24. If the Buyer chooses the payment method specified in Clause 21.3, goods held in the Seller's warehouse are delivered within 1–10 business days in Lithuania from confirmation of the order.

25. Upon delivery, the Buyer or the Buyer's representative must inspect the condition of the package and check the quantity, quality and assortment of the goods together with the representative of the delivery company.

26. If package damage or discrepancies in quantity, quality or assortment are found, the Buyer or the Buyer's representative must refuse the shipment. In such a case, the delivery company's representative and the Buyer or their representative complete a shipment inspection report describing the identified issues.

27. If the goods will be received by a person other than the Buyer, the Buyer must provide that recipient's details when completing the delivery information.
