Privacy Policy

2.1. The Buyer may order products from the zvejyboscentras.lt online store by:
2.1.1. Registering at the zvejyboscentras.lt online store – by entering the required data in the registration form;
2.1.2. Ordering products without registering at the zvejyboscentras.lt online store.

2.2. When placing an order for products through the methods specified in point 2.1, the Buyer must provide the necessary personal data for proper order fulfillment in the relevant fields provided by the Seller: name, surname, exact delivery address, phone number, and email address.

2.3. By confirming these terms and conditions, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided in point 2.2 will be processed for the purposes of selling products/services at the zvejyboscentras.lt online store, Seller's business analysis, and direct marketing.

2.4. By agreeing that the Buyer's personal data will be processed for the purpose of selling products/services at the Seller's online store, the Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages necessary to fulfill the order via the specified email address and phone number.

2.5. The Buyer, by registering at the zvejyboscentras.lt online store and placing an order, undertakes to keep their login details secure and not disclose them to anyone.

2.6. The Buyer agrees that the personal data they voluntarily provide in the registration form will be processed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.7. The Buyer has the right to access their personal data and request corrections to inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect data, as well as to block or delete it by sending an email to zvejyboscentras.lt.-info@zvejyboscentras.lt or calling the phone number +37061438597. In this case, the Seller must implement the Buyer's request without delay, but no later than 2 working days.

2.8. The Buyer has the right to obtain information about the sources from which their personal data was collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the recipients to whom it is provided, and has been provided to in the last year.

2.9. The Buyer has the right to request the correction, deletion, or suspension (except for storage) of their personal data processing actions if the data is processed in violation of the legal provisions.

2.10. The Data Controller acknowledges and respects the right to privacy of every Buyer who registers on the online store zvejyboscentras.lt (https://zvejyboscentras.lt/). The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name or first and last name, address, phone number, email address, and other information specified in the online store registration form) for processing orders of goods or services or for the fulfillment of other contractual obligations. By placing an order or registering, the Buyer agrees with the terms of purchase and sale, and in point 2.3, confirms that by accepting these terms, the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of selling goods and services at the zvejyboscentras.lt online store, business analysis, and direct marketing purposes. This also includes the sending of promotional and informational messages. By registering, the Buyer agrees to receive newsletters and similar content, which they have the full right to unsubscribe from.

2.11. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller’s partners providing product delivery or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the legal provisions of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.12. Personal data is processed using secure measures to protect this data from unlawful destruction, disclosure, or other unlawful actions.

2.13. Personal data, for which the Buyer has agreed to be used for direct marketing purposes, is stored in the active database and used for direct marketing for 2 years. The Buyer's data is stored for 2 years from the last purchase. After this period, the customer's data is (automatically) destroyed. The automatic destruction of personal data is supervised by the responsible person.
