Delivery of Goods
Goods are delivered at the Buyer’s expense by transportation companies, courier services, or postal operators.
After payment for the goods has been made using the methods specified in Clauses 21.1 and 21.2 of these Rules, goods in the Seller’s warehouse are delivered:
Within 1–10 business days within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania;
Within 7–21 business days to foreign countries, counting from the date the Seller receives payment for the goods and delivery costs.
If the Buyer chooses the payment method specified in Clause 21.3 (cash payment), goods in the Seller’s warehouse are delivered within 1–710 business days from the moment the Buyer’s order is confirmed.
Upon delivery, the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative must inspect the condition of the package, as well as the quantity, quality, and assortment of the goods together with the courier or representative of the delivery company.
If any damage to the packaging, or discrepancies in quantity, quality, or assortment are detected, the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative must refuse to accept the shipment. In such cases, the courier and the Buyer (or their representative) must complete a shipment inspection report indicating the identified issues.
If the goods are to be received by a person other than the Buyer, the Buyer must provide the recipient’s details when filling in the delivery information form.
